Everything you need to manage your beach from day one.
After activation, you'll receive an email with your login link: getmybeach.com/[your-beach]. Use your email and password to sign in from any device — phone, tablet or laptop.
Go to Beach Setup and create your rows. For each row, set the number of umbrellas and the price per umbrella. You can create multiple zones with different prices (e.g. Front Row €25, Back Row €15).
Tap any umbrella on the live map and select Reserve. Enter the guest's name, phone (optional) and dates. The umbrella turns green instantly. To check out a guest, tap their umbrella and select Check Out.
Go to Staff and create logins for your team. Each staff member gets their own username and password. They can view the map and make reservations — but cannot access admin settings.
The Dashboard shows you real-time occupancy: how many umbrellas are taken, free, and reserved for today. Use this to maximize your beach capacity and see patterns over time.
